Why the 395 EUR publication fee is requested only after acceptance

Transparent publishing separates editorial judgment, payment and technical production. Authors benefit when they can see clearly where a submission stands and what happens next.

Submission file structure

Current Science Georgia’s author guidance calls for a title, author names and affiliations, corresponding-author email, ORCID where available, abstract, keywords, structured main text and references. Ethics approval, funding and conflict-of-interest information should be included when relevant.

Editorial screening

Editorial screening may consider scope, academic suitability, originality, ethical compliance, technical quality and completeness. Possible outcomes include minor or major revision, further evaluation, acceptance or decline.

Payment after acceptance

The journal currently lists an Article Processing & Publication Fee of 395 EUR. It is requested only after editorial acceptance; authors should not pay before an acceptance or official payment instruction, and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Digital record and verification

Published records can be searched by title, author, DOI or Zenodo number, article code and keyword. The journal publishes under ISSN 2667-9515 and provides year-and-issue archives and online verification tools.

Final author checklist

Before submission, authors should confirm that the title matches the research question, the abstract covers purpose-method-results-contribution, every citation appears in the references and author/affiliation data are consistent.

Editorial note: Submission does not guarantee acceptance; each manuscript is subject to separate editorial and academic evaluation.
